EasyDirector® is a flexible web application designed for desktop computers and website servers to simplify the management of business relationships. EasyDirector® offers the following modules to guide you through a simplified process of managing contacts leading through opportunities to invoices and overall measurement of business performance:

Contact Management - Manage your contacts and their respective profiles, operations and statuses. Track your dealings with your contacts using handy notes and document attachments.
Opportunity Management - Manage the potential business opportunities that are associated with your contacts. Assign the leads to various users, associate products & services with the opportunities, and track them to close.
Catalog Management - Manage your products & services information from a single repository to track inventories, order products and publish your product information efficiently.
Order Management - Monitor order deliveries and supplies to ensure profitable and on-time delivery to your contacts, and efficient management of inventory costs of supplies.
Invoice Management - Automate the production of invoices for the all orders created and reduce invoice processing cost. All line items are captured and interpreted on a single or multi-page PDF invoices. Print a single invoice or collection of invoices for orders.
Schedule Management - Maintain your contact relationships by managing scheduled meetings, appointments, tasks, deliveries, and related business events. Track the critical activities to complete the opportunities.
Document Management - Track and store your electronic documents, images of paper documents, and video clips associated with your contact dealings in a common repository.
Analytics - Track and manage business performance with dashboards to make better business decisions. Create reports and charts on sales, opportunities, orders, schedule & contacts. Act on your predictive analytics to grow revenue and improve your business efficiency.
